418 Studio Booking Rates 2009
The 418 Project’s Studio Space is available for rental for a variety of activities,
including rehearsals, performances, photo shoots, classes, workshops, and more.

Rehearsals
Classes
- Prime time classes (Monday - Friday, 5pm - 9pm) – $16.50/half-hour
- Non prime time classes – $11/half-hour
- All classes with 20 or more participants pay an extra $10 per class high-impact fee

Events / Private Parties
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30pm - 1am – $150 (no amplified events on these days)
- Wednesday – $165
- Friday, 7:30pm – 1am – $275
- Saturday, 5pm-1am – $330
- Sunday, 5pm-1am – $220 (amplified events must end by 11pm)
Renter is responsible for set up and break down of space.
Technical crew available at additional charge.

Additional Costs
- Security/ Staffing $15 per hour X number of security needed (required for all evening events) Non-refundable
- Refundable Security Deposit $300 (required for all evening events)
- Next Day Cleaning Fee $50 (required for all evening events serving food or beverage)
- High Impact Floor Fee $75 (for large events with people on the studio floor with shoes)
- Sound Equipment Rental $50
- Lighting Equipment Rental $50
- Complete events planning may be available at an additional charge
