This event is to raise money to benefit Cat Willis (
The 418 Project 2009 Artist in Residence) new work -
Diaspora- Food for Thought: roots, ritual, re-imagined
as. This is going to be a really special party, one with plenty of delectable food, a little wine, and lots of fantastic music and dancing.
    
Diaspora- Food for Thought: roots, ritual, re-imagined
is a multi media dance production centering around the African Diaspora and the American identity. The show is supported by dancers, artists, poets, and musicians and promises to be both beautiful as well as thought-provoking.

Please join us on Saaturday, July 18th for the fundraiser in support of this very meaningful performance project.

CARE FOR CAREGIVERS CLINIC

1 - 5 pm Thursday
 
- For health & wellness practitioners to trade services (FREE!)
- For caregivers to receive health care (sliding scale, $40 - 60 per hour)

The Care for Caregivers Clinic (CCC) is a group cooperative of practitioners offering affordable health care to care givers in our community.

From 1:15 - 2:15pm:
practitioners trade with each other and switch the following week.


From 2:30 - 3:30 and 3:45 - 4:45pm:
practitioners offer services to clients who are caregivers in our community.

Practitioners call to book a trade; clients call to book a session.
